1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order only if the order has not been processed or shipped.

2. Cancellation After Order is Shipped
Once the order is shipped:
It cannot be canceled
Customer must accept delivery
Eligible returns may be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy
Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may result in:
Deduction of shipping & handling charges
The order being marked as “Cancelled by Customer” with no refund for COD orders
3. Cancellation of COD Orders
For high return-risk pin codes or repeated COD refusals, Zerelle Jewels reserves the right to:
Request prepaid payment before accepting future orders
Decline COD option for certain users
4. Cancellation by Zerelle Jewels
Your order may be canceled by us if:
The item is out of stock
Payment is incomplete or flagged as suspicious
Incorrect address or contact information is provided
Logistic limitations in your area
Any unforeseen issue affects order fulfillment
In such cases, a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued immediately.
5. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within:

6. Modifying Orders
If you want to change the product, address, or size after placing the order:
Modifications are allowed only before shipping
Once shipped, changes cannot be made
