1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It is damaged or defective on arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item you received does not match the description

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • A complete unboxing video is required as proof for claims of damage or wrong product

Note: We do not accept returns for size issues or if the customer simply changes their mind.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Used jewellery or items with removed tags

  • Anti-tarnish jewellery once worn


3. Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be placed within:

⏳ 24–48 hours of product delivery

Requests beyond this timeline will not be accepted.


4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps:

  2. Attach your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request the item to be shipped back (depending on pin code)


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer wants to exchange due to personal preference, the customer will bear all shipping charges (only applicable if exchange is allowed).


6. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be processed within:

Refund will be issued through:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

  • Bank transfer or wallet (for COD orders)


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item delivered

The replacement will be shipped once the returned item is verified.


8. Cancellation of Return Request

If the product is already picked up or shipped back, the return request cannot be canceled.


9. Important Conditions

  • Products returned without approval will not be accepted

  • If the returned product fails quality inspection, the refund/exchange will be denied

  • All decisions by Zerelle Jewels support team will be final and fair
