  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery may require additional time. Customers will be informed in advance.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver products across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above the minimum purchase value (as displayed on the website).

  • Standard shipping charges may apply for COD or low-value orders, shown at checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on your location and courier service support.

  • COD orders may include an additional handling fee (if applicable).


5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive:

  • Courier partner name

  • Link to track the shipment

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please record a video and contact us immediately.
